A reference to ‘The Super Investor’ is a reference to the subscriber service to which these Terms and Conditions apply.

To use The Super Investor you must accept full responsibility for any action you take.

Prohibited from Purchasing
If you are in any way in competition with us, or associated with a party that is, you cannot subscribe to The Super Investor.
Risk Warning
Past results are not considered a reliable guide to future results. Future outcomes are unknown. Investing can result in financial loss.
Refund Policy
You can cancel your subscription at any time, but refunds are not available.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel at any time. Your cancellation will take effect from the end of your month, and you will not be billed again.
Passwords
You agree not to disclose your password to any other party.
Individuals Only
Only individuals can purchase The Super Investor. It’s one person only per purchase. Receipts can be issued in the name of your SMSF, however each unit is for one person only.

Governing Law
These terms and conditions will be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. If there is a dispute arising out of these terms and conditions, or your use or access to this website, litigation must be brought in a State or Federal Court in Sydney, Australia. By using this website, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.
